Summary of Brenda’s July 1, 2012 free, 15-minute, channeled “Creation Energies” show at www.BlogTalkRadio.com/brenda-hoffman: If you’re feeling traumatized spiritually, emotionally or physically, you’re cleaning out the hidden corners of past pain. It’s your decision to do so. There is no angry god pelting you with pain. Your New Age transition IS all about you  and by you.

Title of last week’s “Brenda’s Blog” – her free, weekly, channeled blog for www.LifeTapestryCreations.com: ”Use Your JOY Power Pack”

Brenda’s “Creation Energies” BlogTalkRadio.com show presents different channeled material than “Brenda’s Blog” even though both might be about the same topic.

Dear Ones,

Today marks another full moon in this dramatic year of 2012. Those of you following astrological predictions have come to accept that a full moon is a bit frightening – activities are expected to go awry. Such beliefs are of the Old Age.

In the past, full moons often agitated humans and other earth entities in unusual ways. Such is no longer true.

Your sun is changing direction and is less “responsible” for your spiritual growth than was true before this New Age. The moon has accepted some of the sun’s former responsibilities. But again, your language does not allow us to offer an exact description of what is occurring.

Your moon now directs many of your spiritual leaps. Would that not be logical given that much of your dream state is a spiritual leap through the heavens, if you will? We must also remind you that your daydreams are becoming more potent and fruitful.

In the Old Age, you daydreamed with the harsh and radiant sun peering into your being. Those daydreams could and often did become reality with a great deal of work – meditations, chants, visualizations and other techniques you or your guru swore by. It was work.

In contrast, your night dreams occurred in the softness of the moonlight as you lay upon your fluffy pillow – more gentle, unexpected and fruitful. Your night adventures were not work but play. You played in different dimensions, solved daytime issues and generally looked forward to the rest sleep provided.

Is your sleep time now not more chaotic? You most likely sleep less during your expected sleep times and are drowsy during the day.

Daytime work and night-time play are becoming enmeshed.  Some of your most creative thoughts used to occur during your sleep time. How often were you told to write your sleep dreams? How many books offer dream interpretations?

Have you ever thought that perhaps your dream time was so colorful and productive because you allowed yourself to slip between the lines of reality and truth? That you allowed yourself to be you in all your greatness during your sleep time only to revert to your comfortable Old Age shell as soon as the sun appeared?

Some of you are remembering that you have had many nightmares. How can nightmares be a learning instrument? If you have similar dreams, it is an issue you wish to address but are afraid to in the sunlight; or a dream you are afraid to carry out.

In the Old Age, you tended to give more credence or attention to nightmares than beautiful night visions. Is it not true that even though you wished to create those wonderful night visions, you most often decided those visions were a beautiful dream – end of story? But nightmares were shared, pondered and created fear within you.

As expected and appropriate during the Old Age, you gave credence to fear and ignored joy possibilities.

Young and old alike will have fewer and fewer nightmares. For as you feel powerful enough to address those fears when they occur – in earth reality or your dream state – your nightmares will decline so you have more energy for those delightful night visions.

But then, as the moon becomes stronger – many astrologers equate the moon with feminine energy and the sun with masculine energy – in earth’s forward movement, your daydreams and night dreams will blend. In truth, that is what is happening now. The veils between sleep time and wake time are diminishing so that your day time often feels foggy and your night-time sleep is limited.

Your night sleep will probably become less erratic in the near future. But your sleep will serve a different purpose than was true in the Old Age. You believed night-time was a glorious escape from the reality of the coarseness and randomness of your day life.

Now that the veils between day time and night sleep are lifting, you will find yourself exploring unusual activities and dimensions in your day time mode. You will also find sleep not as necessary as it once was. Let us explain.

You will always need some sleep to regenerate and rest your physical being. But instead of your sleep time functioning as a healing balm and exploration arena for your spiritual, emotional and physical being, sleep will merely become an avenue to rest your physical being.

Your sleep will not be as deep or as long. You will use wake time to address your spiritual and emotional issues.

Once you have accepted your true power, you will have the courage to face spiritual and emotional issues and dreams in your wake state.

Your wake and sleep activities are blurring. You may feel as if you addressed an emotional issue for hours only to find out that it was actually minutes. Or that you immediately wish to implement your wake state vision.

In the Old Age, you worked diligently during both your sleep and wake times.

Your sleep state was extremely active to help you remember your power and to work through issues you did not dare address in your wake state. In your wake state, you most often ignored your night-time messages only to worry about solving a problem your sleep state helped you solve.

Working, working, working. Night-time and day time. For is work not an important part of fear?

As you shift in this transition, so are the activities of your sleep and awake states. The two are merging into one another. They are blending, sorting and dreaming – especially in your wake state.

Perhaps you are exhausted from lack of sleep. Do not fret. It is merely your human physical being adjusting to the new order.

Your dream state now helps regenerate your physical being. And your wake state implements those dreams you have not before allowed yourself to dream in a wake state on earth.

You truly are in a wonderous transition. Part of which includes accepting your power and your dreams.

You would not have dreams if they were not possible to achieve.

To return to a more productive and restful wake and sleep state, accept your inner power and act accordingly.

Do not use your sleep state as your emotional and spiritual test area or problem solver. And do not waste your daydreams by ignoring them.

Allow the new you to be in all its glory. Allow yourself to KNOW you create your reality AND your dreams. Expect that your daydreams are the reality that is your right; just as you accepted in the past that nightmares were part of everyone’s earth life.

Nightmares no more. Daydream to your heart’s content knowing that is your new reality. Think like a child. Anything and everything is possible. And so it is. Amen.

Love this, Brenda. I’ve been noticing that I need less sleep too. Thank you, Dear Sister! ♥ (and OH! If all my daydreams come true what a BEAUTIFUL life this will be!)

      Dear Kate,
I need much less sleep also – I used to easily sleep 13 hours on weekends when I was working full time.

We all have to start expecting dreams to come true – that’s an important part of our transition. Aren’t you glad we’re moving into the New Age of joy instead of Old Age of pain. Who knows – we were probably there also but probably not as excited as we are about this transition.
Blessings and Dreams That Become Reality,
      Brenda

    Hello Brenda,

This might be a ‘not so smart’ question, but do you think i will miss out on something when i am awake during nighttime and go to bed when morning enters?

I’ve been like this for years now. Even when i work on this…it only works out for one day, after that i’m back to switch time. I just feel more at ease, being awake during night time, when everybody else sleeps. The energies are so much nicer, more creative and more free at night.

Maybe i should migrate to a country where it’s daytime, during night time where i live haha!

Thanks for your messages and the softness of your being!

      Hello to You,
You’re just following your heart with your supposedly topsy-turvy schedule. What if you’re right and we’re wrong!!

Following your heart includes doing what’s right for your physical being. More quiet and creativity – doesn’t sound like your body has made the wrong choice. Seems very right to me.
      Blessings and Moonbeams,
      Brenda

This makes so much sense. I am not aware of nightmares at night yet I have a situation arising in the day that feels like a nightmare. When I give into fear, it constricts my breath. When I see it as an opportunity for releasing the old, I feel empowered and can breath. Simple, yet NOT easy.

So right – releasing the old is NOT easy…but it “should” be given that we’re moving from pain to joy. Who would ever guess that we would want to hold onto pain?

Keep on keeping on – as are so many other Lightworkers.
    Blessings and Moonbeams,
    Brenda

    Dear Elizabeth,
Isn’t this just the greatest transition – we’re feeling, sensing or channeling similar information at the same time! How cool is that!

Hi Brenda, a couple of nights ago I had a nightmare about vampires…yikes. 😐 I pretended to be one so that they wouldn’t attack me and it worked for a while, but eventually it didn’t matter and they came after me again. I don’t have nightmares that often but when I do they tend to be intense! I’m glad in this New Age nightmares will end and our fantasies and daydreams will come to fruition. I have a lot of good ones too lol 😀 Thanks Brenda.

    Dear Angela,
    Thank you!
Just a thought – is someone “sucking” your energy??? Or maybe you’re just a fan of the vampire genre?

I very much like the expectation of joy also!
    Blessings and Moonbeams,
    Brenda
